Product Director Pay & Card
You will lead the strategy, roadmap, growth, development, and launch of pay, card, and crypto-related products. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, business development, sales, and customer success to prioritize features, run experiments, analyze user behavior, expand into new markets, and improve conversion, retention, and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Gather requirements, assess feasibility, and define product specifications.
- Drive product development from ideation through launch.
- Develop and execute product-led growth strategies.
- Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and scale successful growth initiatives.
- Design and optimize experiments to improve conversion, retention, and reactivation.
- Analyze user behavior data and performance metrics to refine growth strategies.
- Create viral growth loops within the product ecosystem.
- Lead growth initiatives and mentor a team dedicated to growth.
- Implement agile methodologies for rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
- Drive growth in European and American markets.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new markets.
- Plan and execute product launches.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales to support product adoption.
- Manage stakeholders and communicate product updates, progress, and impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a payments network, stablecoin payments, or established crypto firms.
- Demonstrated success driving product growth.
- Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centric design principles.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and make data-driven product decisions.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and A/B testing.
- Practical understanding of payments, payment networks, stablecoins, cryptocurrencies, CeFi, DeFi, and related concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving consensus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
- Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.
