Product Director Trust and Experience
You will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for user onboarding and verification flows. You will identify and reduce friction across onboarding, identity verification, and account access while preserving regulatory and risk controls. You will work with product, design, engineering, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, audit-ready solutions. You will use data, research, and experimentation to prioritize improvements, balance user experience with business and regulatory needs, and improve conversion, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for user onboarding and verification flows
- Improve conversion, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Identify and reduce customer-journey friction caused by regulatory or risk controls
- Translate policy and compliance requirements into scalable product solutions
- Use data, research, and experimentation to make product decisions and prioritize improvements
- Align stakeholders across user experience, business needs, and regulatory obligations
- Design and deliver audit-ready, transparent, and scalable product solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, platform, or a highly regulated environment
- Strong product intuition and a user-first mindset
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience working with regulatory or risk requirements
- Ability to translate abstract requirements into actionable product solutions
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and balancing competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks or data privacy requirements
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and experimentation frameworks
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
