Product Director VIP Products
You will lead strategy, planning, and iteration for VIP products serving high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, market makers, and other VIP segments. You will define VIP benefits, campaigns, offerings, and customized services; translate customer needs into product features; improve lifecycle management, retention, engagement, trading volume, and assets under management. You will coordinate delivery across R&D, design, operations, and risk control, develop localized strategies, analyze market trends and competitors, and use data and customer feedback to optimize the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and iteration of VIP products, benefits systems, campaigns, offerings, and customized services
- Collaborate with sales, institutional account managers, and market-making teams to translate VIP customer needs into product features
- Lead the design and optimization of VIP customer lifecycle management solutions
- Coordinate R&D, design, operations, and risk control to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
- Monitor global market trends and develop localized VIP product strategies
- Use data analysis and customer feedback to optimize user experience and grow trading volume and assets under management
- Establish competitor analysis mechanisms to improve VIP service differentiation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of product management or product strategy experience
- Deep understanding of the Web3 and crypto industry
- Knowledge of exchange products, including institutional services, API trading, and VIP incentive programs
- Data analysis proficiency and data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in English and Chinese
