This role connects product strategy with commercial readiness, ensuring customer success and sales teams have the knowledge, resources, and confidence to position products effectively. You will lead product training programs, create high-impact enablement materials, and translate complex SaaS capabilities into clear, actionable messaging. The role also owns important client-facing product communications, including release notes, product roadmaps, and in-product guidance. You will collaborate closely with Product and commercial teams to support launches, strengthen product knowledge, and improve customer-facing experiences. Through training metrics and feedback, you will identify capability gaps and continuously improve enablement programs. This is an autonomous, cross-functional opportunity for a strong communicator who combines product understanding, instructional design, and strategic execution.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the development, quality, and timely publication of client-facing product release notes, ensuring product changes are communicated accurately, clearly, and in a way that supports customer understanding.
  • Manage the client-facing product roadmap, maintaining accurate and compelling external messaging that remains aligned with broader go-to-market priorities.
  • Partner with Product teams to shape in-product guidance, including messaging, tooltips, walkthroughs, recommendations, and other resources that help customers understand and use product capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted point of reference for product changes, helping external partners and clients develop a consistent understanding of what is being released and the value behind those changes.
  • Independently design and deliver recurring product training programs covering product capabilities, customer success stories, and strategic product narratives using the most effective formats for each audience.
  • Deliver training through multiple formats, including live sessions, recorded modules, external partner and client sessions, and on-demand learning resources.
  • Translate strategic product positioning and messaging into practical training content that enables customer-facing teams to communicate product value effectively.
  • Develop and deliver product fundamentals training for new employees, helping accelerate onboarding and time-to-productivity.
  • Create clear product demonstration workflows and scenarios that showcase product value to customers and sales teams, while coordinating the resolution of demo-related issues with Product.
  • Track training engagement and business-impact metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and identify product capability gaps and emerging training needs.
  • Apply learning and instructional design principles to continuously improve training structure, engagement, knowledge retention, and commercial readiness.
  • Requirements:

    • Bring 8+ years of experience in training resource development, training program delivery, enablement, or a related field, with demonstrated success operating independently and taking significant ownership.
    • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex SaaS products quickly, understand their capabilities, and explain them clearly to diverse audiences.
    • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex product information into concise, actionable, audience-specific messaging.
    • Have experience owning client-facing product communications such as release notes, product roadmaps, or in-product guidance, with strong judgment regarding what should be communicated externally and how it should be positioned.
    • Demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment across functions, and communicate effectively with external contacts such as clients and partners.
    • Bring strong organizational and project management skills, including attention to detail, reliable follow-through, prioritization, and the ability to manage competing demands with minimal oversight.
    • Be highly capable of distilling large amounts of information and identifying the insights, messages, and capabilities that matter most to specific audiences.
    • Have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
    • Possess a strong foundation in learning and instructional design principles, including adult learning, knowledge retention, and engagement techniques, and be able to apply them using independent judgment.
    • Experience in SaaS, marketing technology, advertising technology, or B2B software environments is preferred.
    • Benefits:

      • Annual base salary range of $130,000–$150,000 USD, with actual compensation based on experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
      • Eligibility for additional annual bonus compensation through an incentive plan.
      • Flexible Paid Time Off, plus paid holidays and floating holidays.
      • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, with FSA and HSA options including employer contributions.
      • Life insurance and pet insurance.
      • 401(k) with employer match.
      • Up to two paid days off to volunteer with a 501(c) organization.
      • Paid parental leave.
      • Company-subsidized memberships to Wellhub and Peloton.
      • Access to Carrot, a fertility and family-building information platform.
      • Fully remote opportunity within the United States.
      • Opportunity to influence product enablement strategy while working closely with Product and commercial teams.
      • Exposure to SaaS product training, product communications, customer-facing enablement, and go-to-market initiatives.
