About the Role:

The Product Enablement Manager drives product training execution and commercial team readiness across Pacvue by producing high-impact resources and leading training programs to ensure that all customer success and sales team members have the knowledge and confidence to effectively position and sell Pacvue products. The Senior Product Enablement Manager serves as a key connector between product launches and commercial success.

Responsibilities:

Client-Facing Product Communications

  • Own the development, quality, and timely publication of client-facing Product Release notes, articulating how product changes are framed and communicated to customers
  • Own the client-facing Product Roadmap, curating and maintaining what is shared externally and ensuring it stays accurate, compelling, and aligned with GTM priorities
  • Inform in-product guidance and best practices, partnering with Product to shape the messaging, tooltips, walkthroughs, and recommendations customers encounter inside the platform
  • Serve as the trusted voice on product change for external contacts, influencing partners and clients toward accurate, consistent understanding of what is shipping and why

Product Training Delivery & Execution

  • Independently design and deliver recurring product training programs spanning product capabilities, customer success stories, and narrative alignment, determining the most effective formats and methods
  • Execute multi-format training delivery including live sessions, recorded modules, external partner and client sessions, and on-demand resources
  • Translate strategic product positioning and messaging into practical training content
  • Apply established measurement best practices to independently assess training effectiveness, using data to decide what's working and where to adjust

New Hire & Onboarding

  • Develop and deliver product fundamentals training for new employees to accelerate time-to-productivity

Product Demo Workflows

  • Create clear demo workflows and scenarios that showcase product value to customers and sales teams
  • Support the escalation of demo issues and coordinate directly with the Product team on solutions

Training Performance & Metrics

  • Track training engagement metrics and measure the business impact of enablement initiatives
  • Identify product capability skills gaps and training needs

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in training resources development and/or training program delivery, or a related field, including demonstrated success operating with significant autonomy
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex SaaS products quickly and explain features clearly to diverse audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate product complexity into clear, actionable messaging
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build alignment across teams and with external contacts such as partners and clients
  • Proven ownership of client-facing product communications, such as release notes, product roadmaps, or in-product guidance, with strong judgment on what to share externally and how to frame it
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and prioritize competing demands with minimal oversight
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to distill large amounts of information and communicate what matters most to specific audiences
    Experience in SaaS, marketing technology, advertising tech, or B2B software environments
  • Strong grounding in learning and instructional design principles (e.g., adult learning theory, retention and engagement techniques), applied with independent judgment to shape how training content is structured and delivered

The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000 USD. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data for their location. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of Pacvue’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
