Product Engineer
Summary
Owns and improves electronic products from design through production, ensuring stability, documentation, and customer support.
• Technical responsibility for the product during its whole life span
• Product Engineer (PE) is technical owner of product . PE setting-up and ensures stable and efficient production processes. PE ensuring availability of needed documentation, training employees and solving product design issues.
• PE is main contact internally and towards customer in product related technical issues.
• PE analyzes and improves in co-operation with process owners and test engineers product behavior through processes and if possible improves product design in co-operation with customer.
• Customer advisory services in the field of development support (let customers` requirements, requirements of production and suppliers` requirements merge in an optimum and robust product form)
• Draft, modify and prepare customer`s data for the production
• Identify and present optimization potential regarding production
• Technical or Electro technical School or higher specialized school,
• Knowledge of electronic products advantage (PCB, System assembly),
• Production Technology skills
• English language
• Communication skills
• Result orientation
• Organizing, prioritizing, focusing skills
• Flexible attitude, able to work under stress
