Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Engineer (React.js) with 2-4 years of web application development experience to join our team. In this full-time role, you will build robust, highly efficient applications and production-ready prototypes. This position is designed for a strong frontend systems engineer who loves creating modular UI components, bridging the gap between API layout design and frontend execution, and optimizing application interfaces for maximum scale and fluid performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Frontend Architecture: Design and build scalable, efficient web applications utilizing reusable frontend components and component-driven engineering patterns.
- Performance Optimization: Profile, audit, and optimize application runtimes, rendering frames, and bundle configurations for ultimate responsiveness and scalability.
- UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate closely with visual designers and backend engineers to implement clean interfaces, skeleton loaders, and asynchronous loaders that enrich the end-user experience.
- System Quality & Audits: Lead technical code reviews and run comprehensive performance audits using browser-based debugging ecosystems and testing setups.
- Lifecycle Collaboration: Partner with engineering cohorts inside Agile frameworks using Jira and Git-based code workflows to continuously track, deliver, and support modular application layers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of overall web application and software development experience, featuring a minimum of 2+ years of direct mastery over React.js, Redux, and React Hooks.
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, REST API parsing, and structured UI components libraries like Ant Design (Antd) or React Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with system debugging tools, testing engines (Jest), state optimization patterns (Reselect, Immer), and an baseline understanding of TypeScript.
- B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent technical undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related engineering fields.
