Acts as a bridge between clients and tech teams, gathering requirements, prototyping solutions (including AI tools), and iterating on HR-focused products.

This is a remote position.

What you'll do
  • Frequently conduct requirements gathering meetings with the client
  • Collect and document all requirements in an organized structure
  • Rapidly prototype solutions using modern tools, including AI-powered tools
  • Present prototypes to the stakeholders, using material to refine requirements' definition
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation
  • Gather feedback from users or clients and iterate quickly
  • Contribute to improving product quality and user experience
  • Support decision-making with a product and technical perspective

Requirements

  • Academic background in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or similar)
  • Strong product mindset combined with a technical background
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Interest to work more closely to clients, spending great time on meetings to collect requirements
  • Experience or comfort with rapid prototyping
  • Interest in or hands-on experience with AI tools (professional or personal projects)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Ownership mindset and collaborative attitude
  • Advanced English level (for conducting complex product's discussions with international teams)
