Product Engineer
Summary
Provides technical pre- and post-sales support for ultra-pure fluid handling systems in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and life-science industries, including pump selection, hydraulics, automation setup, and user training.
- Responsible for pre, post sales technical support for our ultra pure fluid handling division serving semiconductor, pharmaceutical and life science industry.
- Support sales team and end users on pump selection, hydraulics, and automation setup.
- Work alongside with sales team to develop new markets and users
- Support end users on trials and evaluations
User trainings and trouble shootings
- May require travelling for overseas customers
