Product Engineering Lead - GenAI

Position Summary :

The Product Engineering Lead position is responsible for owning end to end responsibility of development of mid to large Gen AI products, or multiple small/medium products. This is a techno-functional-managerial role.

Responsibilities :

- Design, own development, and lead teams for large scale software application development in the AI space (GenAI Products).

- Own product and program management.

- Own high-level design and low-level design for software applications.

- Identify problems and resolve them proactively.

- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are on track.

- Approve technology architecture for projects.

- Approve guidelines, coding best practices, and automated testing strategies (unit testing, regression testing) for the team.

- Ensure timely delivery with quality.

- Clearly communicate status, updates, and plans to project leadership.

What we are looking for :

- 10-13 years of experience in owning platform engineering for one or more GenAI products under aggressive timelines with robust design principles.

- Agentic Engineering experience/understanding.

- Eval-driven engineering experience/understanding.

- Experience in technology architectures like MEAN, MERN.

- Good understanding of cloud concepts (AWS, Azure).
