Lead engineering team for assigned scope, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of technical solutions.
Own full engineering lifecycle (design → procurement → construction → commissioning → handover), including risk, budget, and document control.
Manage interfaces across disciplines and stakeholders (customers, suppliers, consultants) to ensure smooth coordination and data exchange.
Drive execution planning, design reviews, change management, and compliance with contractual, quality, and HSE requirements.
Support procurement and site phases by leading technical negotiations, resolving engineering issues, and ensuring system functionality.

Strong technical background in engineering (process, plant, layout/piping) with solid project execution experience in EPC environments.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams on complex projects (≥5 years for senior level).
Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and ability to translate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Experience with suppliers, procurement of complex systems, and engineering/project tools (DMS, CAD, 3D tools).
Strong methodological and project management skills (RCA, negotiation, presentation), fluent English; additional languages a plus.
