Product Engineering Manager - SaaS & Digital Platforms

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Product Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of scalable SaaS products and digital platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with product management, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality software, accelerate release cycles, and build reliable, customer-focused technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead product engineering teams through planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Translate product requirements into technical roadmaps and engineering execution plans.

- Drive scalable application architecture, clean coding practices, and engineering quality standards.

- Oversee Agile delivery, sprint planning, release management, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver customer value.

- Improve application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.

- Promote automation across testing, CI/CD, and development workflows.

- Mentor engineers and technical leads while building a culture of ownership and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8 - 15 years of experience in software engineering and product development, including team leadership.

- Strong understanding of modern application development, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.

- Experience with Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, or comparable technology stacks.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, containers, and CI/CD practices.

- Experience working in Agile product development environments.

- Strong people management, project delivery, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Engineering managers, software development managers, technical leads, and senior developers with experience building and scaling SaaS products or digital platforms.
