Product Engineering Team Lead
You own the technical architecture for trading products, client-facing portals, and internal applications. You lead and mentor engineers, set technical direction, build high-volume real-time systems, oversee frontend experiences, and establish engineering processes while remaining hands-on with the codebase.
Responsibilities
- Define and own technical architecture for trading products, portals, and applications
- Lead and mentor a full-stack engineering team
- Set standards for code quality and engineering practices
- Drive technical strategy and roadmap
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Architect high-volume real-time systems
- Oversee frontend experiences across the customer lifecycle
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and delivery
- Establish sprint planning, incident response, and deployment processes
- Stay hands-on with the codebase
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- At least 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Architecture experience with complex data-intensive applications
- Experience building and scaling real-time high-data-volume systems
