Product Financial Controller

You will own financial controlling for the Banking Platform, collaborate with Product and Finance teams to build accounting flows, perform month-end close and reconciliations, manage audits, analyze platform activity and variances, optimize financial processes, and contribute to internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Operational Finance, Reporting, and Statutory Financial Controlling teams
• Build accounting flows for new products
• Act as the subject matter expert on financial products
• Perform month-end close activities and account reconciliations
• Report financial results
• Manage the audit process
• Analyze platform activity driving financial figures
• Contribute to variance analysis and analytical reviews
• Optimize and automate financial processes
• Contribute to the internal control framework

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting
• Experience in Financial Services
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Analytical skills for process improvements and automations
