Product Growth Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Growth Manager to help us turn early traction into a scalable product.

Our SaaS automates lead generation and proposal management for Upwork agencies and small teams. We already have paying customers and proven results, but our key challenge is reducing the time it takes a new customer to see meaningful results or find better PMF

Your mission:
Improve onboarding and activation
Reduce Time-to-Value from 30–60 days to 7–14 days
Analyze customer behavior, funnels, and campaign results
Improve AI prompts, targeting, and default settings
Talk to customers and identify product bottlenecks
Run experiments and measure their impact
Turn successful customer workflows into product features and automation

We’re looking for someone data-driven, proactive, and highly hands-on who enjoys figuring out why something doesn’t work and how to fix it.
Experience with SaaS, growth, AI products, Upwork, lead generation, or marketplaces is a strong plus.
