Product Growth Manager

Discussion

Guardio is one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer cybersecurity - we’ve doubled revenue four years running, passed $150 million in ARR, and now protect over a million people, at a moment when AI has made scams more convincing than ever.

AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere.

Traditional security wasn’t built for this - so we’re building it, protection that sees the person, connects all the dots - and stop attacks and scams wherever vector they come from.

And honestly, we all feel here - it’s just the beginning!

So, what's the job?

We’re seeking a talented, data-oriented, and creative Growth Product Manager to join Guardio's fast-paced Product Growth Team. In this role, you will take holistic ownership of core business metrics, driving growth and maximizing user impact across multiple mediums—from web funnels and product experiences to lifecycle communications.

You will:

  • Lead the creation, optimization, and personalization of user journeys across various touchpoints to achieve growth objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics, running hands-on data analysis to unlock actionable insights and high-impact initiatives.
  • Be part of the team that directly moves the needle for the company's revenue, leading impactful initiatives across the entire user lifecycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Design, Data, and Marketing to rapidly execute and deliver measurable business impact.

What kind of candidates are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Monetization Manager, or Growth PM, with a proven track record of driving business metrics for B2C products at scale.
  • Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing experiments across different growth mediums (funnels, in-product features, or retention flows).
  • Deep business acumen, with the ability to connect user behavior directly to revenue and core company objectives.
  • Technical orientation—comfortable working with developers and leveraging tools like Mixpanel, JSON configs, or similar.
  • A results-driven mindset with a relentless bias for experimentation and rapid iteration.

Bonus points for:

  • Direct experience building and optimizing monetization, payment flows, or automated lifecycle marketing systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven workflows and tools for rapid prototyping or growth discovery.
  • A proven track record of bridging top-of-funnel acquisition with holistic, in-product growth initiatives.
