Product Growth Manager (Mobile App | AARRR | Experimentation)
Summary
Owns mobile-app growth for Thermer by running 3–5 weekly experiments to boost activation, retention, and revenue using AARRR metrics and tools like Mixpanel/Firebase.

Role Summary
We are looking for a Product Growth Lead who can own and drive measurable growth for our mobile app (Thermer).
This is NOT a coordination role.
This role is about delivering growth through experiments, data, and product decisions.
You will be responsible for improving:
- Activation (first print success)
- Retention (repeat usage)
- Revenue (conversion & monetization
Note: This is 6 months contract role and it can be extended depending on performance
What You Will Achieve (Primary Outcomes)
Within the first 3–6 months, you are expected to:
Growth Impact
- Increase activation rate (first print success)
- Reduce time to first print
- Improve retention (D7 / D30)
- Improve revenue per user
Experimentation System
- Run 3–5 structured experiments per week
- Maintain a 20–40% success rate
- Build a scalable experiment pipeline
Product Understanding
- Build and refine user personas backed by real data
- Identify high-impact product opportunities
- Convert insights into product improvements
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use analytics tools (Mixpanel / Firebase) to:
- Identify drop-offs
- Validate experiments
- Ensure 100% decisions are backed by data
Knowledge System
- Build a complete experiment database in Confluence
- Ensure zero knowledge loss
- Maintain structured documentation for all learnings
Key Responsibilities
- Identify problems using product data
- Define hypotheses linked to KPIs
- Design and execute experiments
- Analyze results and derive insights
- Work with developers and designers to implement improvements
- Maintain and refine user personas
- Document all experiments and insights
