Product Implementation And Quality Assurance Executive Company: clikzop innovations pvt ltd Job Location: Nagar, Rajasthan, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1 - 3 years Position Product Implementation & QA Executive Qualification Graduate in Computer Applications, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. BCA / B.Tech / MCA / equivalent preferred. Good understanding of software applications and business processes. Basic knowledge of databases, Excel/Google Sheets and software testing preferred. Good communication and documentation skills. Experience 13 Years Candidates with experience in Software Implementation, ERP/CRM Implementation, QA Testing, Software Support or Application Support preferred. Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements and prepare implementation checklist. Configure software according to client requirements. Collect, verify and prepare client master data. Perform data import/migration. Create users and configure roles/permissions. Conduct functional testing before client go-live. Conduct client training and product demonstrations during implementation. Handle first-level client support. Reproduce reported bugs and provide complete information to developers. Maintain implementation and testing documentation. Coordinate between client, developer and management. Follow up until implementation issues are resolved.
