Job Overview
We are looking for a Product Intern to support improvements across our internal systems and operations tools, including CRM, partner portal, ERP, customer support and maintenance tools, and workflow automation.

The intern will help turn business problems into clear requirements, development-ready scopes, and testable releases. The partner portal refers to the system used by external partners such as franchisees and location partners to view service requests, billing, contracts, and operational information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clarify business requirements by working with operations, customer support, business development, and engineering teams
  • Prepare simple PRDs, user flows, field definitions, and acceptance criteria
  • Follow up on feature development, support Q&A, testing, acceptance, and post-launch feedback
  • Help organize product issues such as CRM lead/task flows, partner portal service tickets, support issue routing, and admin tool improvements
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity, such as summarizing meetings, drafting PRDs, analyzing feedback, and preparing test cases
  • Help maintain product documentation and user guides

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Singapore in Business Analytics, Product, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields
  • Clear logical thinking and ability to break complex problems into simple steps
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English to liaise with Shanghai Headquarters and local Singapore teams
  • Interest in B2B products, internal systems, and operations efficiency tools
  • Familiarity with tools such as Lark, Excel, Figma, Notion, ChatGPT, or similar tools
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to follow up, ask questions, and summarize conclusions

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in product, operations, data analysis, or project management
  • Basic SQL, data analysis, or prototyping skills
  • Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude, or ChatGPT for real tasks or projects
  • Interest in retail, food service, smart hardware, IoT, CRM, or customer support systems

Working Details

  • Location: Singapore
  • Employment Type: Internship, 3 to 6 months
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (Minimally 3 days/week, full 5 days preferred)
