Product Intern
The Product Intern supports the Product team in researching,
building, testing, and improving Farmz2u’s digital products. This role involves
aiding the product and engineering team by assisting with market research, user
discovery, feature validation, documentation, and cross-functional
collaboration. The intern will work closely with the Product Manager and
Engineering team to ensure product decisions are informed by user needs and
aligned with Farmz2u’s business goals.
Market Research (40%)
- Support the
product team in research using surveys and interviews to understand user
needs, pain points, and market trends
- KPI: Number of
research summaries produced per quarter.
- Assist in
competitor and comparative product analysis to identify gaps and
opportunities.
- Number of
competitor analyses completed and shared with the product team.
Product Development Support (40%)
- Assist in
product documentation including product requirement documents, user stories
and internal product updates.
- KPI: Number of PRDs, user stories, and product updates supported
- Support
product testing, QA, and UAT by documenting bugs, feedback, and usability
issues.
- KPI: Number of
test cycles supported and issues logged clearly.
Customer and User Support (20%)
- Participate
in user calls, demos, or onboarding sessions where required
- KPI: Number of
sessions supported
- Synthesize
user feedback into actionable insights for product improvement
- Number of
feedback-driven suggestions incorporated into backlog discussions
- Support
customers by helping document user issues and feedback
- Quality of feedback documented for the product team
Working Relationships
Internal Relationships
The Product Intern will:
- Report directly to the Product Manager.
- Work closely with Engineering and Operations
teams on feature delivery and testing.

Requirements
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
field.
· Strong interest in Product Management or
Technology.
· Prior internship, school project, or personal
project experience is a plus (not required)
