Product Lead
You will propose new products and features, prepare PRDs and work closely with engineers to deliver products under tight deadlines. You will own the full product lifecycle and collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Business Development to ensure every launch succeeds. You will research emerging trends, turn insights into action, and monitor product performance data to adjust strategies and direction in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Propose new products and features, prepare PRDs and work closely with engineers to deliver products under tight deadlines
- Own the whole product lifecycle and work with Ops, Marketing and BD to ensure the success of every new product launched
- Research and stay ahead of new trends, and turn insights into actions
- Monitor product performance data and adjust strategies and product directions timely
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of crypto/DeFi experience
- Experience leading a team of product and UX designers
- Ability to work in a high paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to find a balance between quality and execution speed, and between long term and short term goals
- Strong communication and articulation skills; experience in working in a cross cultural work environment
- Hands on, results driven, open minded and low ego
