Product Lead Manager – GenAI acceleration

LevelUP is AT&T’s technology excellence program, transforming how software is built, delivered, and operated. Its Agentic Platform and Context Service provide the contextual intelligence needed for AI-powered development, enterprise knowledge, and data-driven decision-making.

This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic AI platforms used by teams across AT&T and help people, applications, and AI agents access and act on the right information quickly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the Context Service strategy and roadmap with senior leaders.
• Align business and technology stakeholders around shared priorities.
• Expand the enterprise adoption of contextual intelligence and Agentic SDLC.
• Lead and mentor a small team of Product Managers.
• Drive measurable customer adoption and business value.
• Balance customer, technical, and organizational needs.

Requirements

Role Requirements

• 10+ years in software product development, including 5+ years in product leadership.
• Experience in global B2B product organizations.
• Expertise in software delivery, GenAI, and data platforms.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate strategy into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong customer focus, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
• Excellent executive, business, and technical communication.
• Technical background or strong software architecture knowledge.
