Product Lead / Product Manager

Salary: ฿50,000 – ฿75,000 per month

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Lead / Product Manager to drive product strategy, manage client relationships, and lead end-to-end delivery across multiple software projects.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and key stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate complex requirements into product roadmaps

• Manage project scope, release timelines, risks, and resource allocation across teams

• Mentor POs and ensure high delivery quality, process standardization, and execution consistency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or PMO functions in a software house or digital agency environment

• Proven track record of owning, driving, and delivering digital products independently

• Familiarity with Agile and AI tools to enhance team productivity and workflow

• Strong English skills, clear communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
