Product Lead, Protocol Ecosystems
You will define and own the strategy for how Anchorage engages with blockchain ecosystems, deciding which networks to support, how deeply to integrate, and what differentiated value to deliver. You will identify ecosystem priorities and sequence investments, set success metrics, and maintain multi-quarter product roadmaps. You will drive go-to-market planning with sales and partnerships, represent the product strategy to senior stakeholders and external partners, and resolve ambiguity across engineering, design, compliance, and external collaborators. You will work closely with engineering to set sound technical direction and ensure integrations meet institutional requirements.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product strategy for engagement with protocol ecosystems
- Develop and maintain evaluation of blockchain ecosystems and on-chain primitives
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy with sales and partnerships
- Set technical direction with engineering leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and resolve ambiguity across teams
- Define success metrics and iterate based on data and market feedback
- Represent the protocols organization to senior leadership and external partners
- Enable transparent communication and alignment across stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- At least 2 years leading or managing other product managers
- Meaningful experience in blockchain, DeFi, or protocol-adjacent companies
- Proven track record defining and executing multi-quarter product strategies
- Background in engineering or ability to go deep on technical architecture
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong empathy and adaptability
- Deep investment in optimizing end-user experience
