Job Descriptions
Market & Customer Discovery: Develop a deep understanding of the target market, customer segments, and customer problems.
Product Strategy: Translate market and customer insight into a clear product strategy.
Product-Market Fit & Validation: Own the process of validating whether the product solves a meaningful and commercially valuable customer problem.
Product Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop and manage an outcome-driven product roadmap.
Product Development & Execution: Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Architecture, Operations, and other teams to translate validated product opportunities into scalable solutions.
Commercialization & Business Model: Ensure that products have a viable and scalable commercial model.
Go-to-Market Enablement: Partner with commercial teams to successfully bring products to market.
Product Performance & Economics: Own and monitor product performance after launch.
Competitive & Market Intelligence: Maintain an informed view of the competitive landscape.
Enterprise Product Readiness: For enterprise products, ensure that product requirements address appropriate enterprise capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business or a related field
Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience, adjusted for actual role complexity
Strong proficiency in stakeholder management, with a proven track record of aligning cross-functional teams, executives, and clients toward common product goals.
Extensive experience in delivering software solutions tailored for enterprise clients, demonstrating an understanding of complex organizational needs, security standards, and scalability requirements.
Strong Thai communication and working English for documents or coordination
Work across teams, prioritize and own outcomes appropriate to the level
