Product Management Manager

MoraRepublic is Indonesia's leading integrated digital infrastructure and services company, creating generational transformative and positive impact. We are currently looking for a potential candidate to join as a Product Management Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication or Business related field. Master’s degree in product marketing is an advantage.

• Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in product management or product development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role, ideally within an Internet Service Provider (ISP), telecommunications, or related technology industry.

• Proven track record of managing and launching consumer-facing products, specifically in Telco, Wholesale and Enterprise segment sales.

• Strong understanding and knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.

• Strong understanding and knowledge of the ISP industry, broadband technologies (network, application and security), and the competitive landscape.

• Familiar with internet technologies and network infrastructure, such as DWDM, MPLS, fiber optics, Wi-Fi, Data Center, Cloud, and Security Technology.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decision-making (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, Power BI).

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of product managers.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
