Job Description

  • Working Location: Hybrid/Outram Park (near MRT station)
  • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus
  • Duration: 2 years contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Own digital product capabilities and epics from discovery and prioritisation through delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Understand user and business needs, define desired outcomes and success measures, and use research, data, experiments, and feedback to guide product decisions.
  • Translate opportunities into hypotheses, user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritised product backlog.
  • Work with UX/UI, Engineering, QA, Data, Operations, and vendors to deliver user-friendly digital and mobile products using Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Make product trade-offs based on user value, business impact, evidence, technical feasibility, and effort.
  • Manage scope, timelines, quality, risks, dependencies, milestones, and operational readiness, resolving or escalating issues when required.
  • Track product performance, including adoption, engagement, retention, and user outcomes, and use insights to improve the product.
  • Lead external vendors by setting clear priorities and outcomes, reviewing recommendations, and monitoring delivery performance, risks, and commitments.
  • Align business and technology stakeholders on product priorities, progress, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Ensure products meet applicable security, privacy, data protection, governance, and operational requirements.
  • Maintain required product documentation and proactively drive issues, improvements, and complex product matters to resolution.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned

  • Diploma/Degree in IT or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of relevant product management or digital product delivery experience.
  • Experience owning digital products or capabilities from discovery and backlog management through launch and iteration.
  • Strong ability to define problems, success measures, and priorities based on evidence and impact.
  • Experience managing product delivery, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and external vendors.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and experience working with cross-functional product teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage changing or complex requirements while maintaining clear product direction and ownership.
