Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the success of our products and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving them. You will play a key role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure product goals are met and aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Passion for building great products and delivering exceptional user experiences.
