Product Manager

• Work Schedule: Morning Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4x onsite, 1 day WFH)

• Location: Ortigas

Required Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 7+ years in product management, with real ownership of a product line in fintech/trading, or another regulated space.

• Knowledge of Product Management techniques, such as Problem Discovery, Road Mapping, User Story writing, Prioritizing, and Data Analysis and Funnel Optimization.

• Has managed product managers before, not just individual contributors, and can hire and coach a team.

• Has set the direction for a platform or shared-services roadmap

• Strong understanding of business models, unit economics, and revenue streams, especially within fintech or trading products.

• Leadership and People Management Skills.

• Confident in verbal and written communication; able to present complex ideas in a clear

and structured way.

• Shows empathy for user problems and can balance user needs with business and

regulatory constraints.

Experienced in Agile Development Process and familiar with Scrum and Kanban

methodologies.
