Product Manager-AFFLUENT-Investment Counselors

Job Role:

Reporting & MIS Management:

1. Lead the preparation and dissemination of accurate and timely MIS for investment products across all channels.

   1. Ensure consistency and standardization of reporting logic across products and processes.

   2. Handle ad-hoc MIS requests from business and customer service teams.

Budgeting & Performance Tracking:

1. Drive annual budget setting aligned with channel objectives.

2. Monitor and measure channel performance against set targets and KPIs.

Data Analytics & Insights:

1. Analyze transaction data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.

   1. Convert complex datasets into actionable insights for product and portfolio enhancement.

   2. Design and maintain dashboards that provide strategic business insights to senior management.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

1. Coordinate with reporting, alliance, and product teams to improve product and portfolio outcomes.

2. Collect and reconcile data from multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Automation & Process Improvement:

1. Implement systems and tools to automate reporting and reduce manual interventions.

2. Recommend and drive process improvements and system enhancements for operational efficiency.

Team Management

1. BIU head will manage a team of 5-6 employees who would be assigned task to release regular MIS

   1. Managing team productivity and motivation

• Graduate with a decent English communication
• Proficiency in MS Excel, advanced formulas and functions
• Experience in reporting, MIS and data analysis – handling big data, using pivot tables and crunching numbers
• Proficiency in other MS office applications – Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI , Power Query or other analytics tools and languages, will be an added advantage

• Work experience of minimum 12 years in wealth management reporting, business reporting

• Candidate should have a pleasing personality and should be presentable
• Should be dedicated and display integrity
• Willingness to learn with an attitude of continuous improvement
