Job Summary
The Product Manager will lead Billbay’s Agentic AI vertical, developing autonomous AI-driven solutions that deliver innovation and commercial value. You will define product requirements, drive the product lifecycle, and align teams to create scalable AI products for enterprise and government clients.
Responsibilities
- Define detailed product requirements to guide development of autonomous AI solutions that meet customer and business needs
- Shape and maintain the product roadmap to align with strategic objectives and evolving market demands
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-powered product solutions in collaboration with engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, design, development, launch, to continuous improvement ensuring measurable value delivery
- Collaborate with sales teams to translate technical product capabilities into compelling customer proposals and demonstrations for enterprise and government clients
- Develop and execute go-to-market, rollout, and product enablement strategies to equip sales and customer-facing teams with necessary knowledge and tools
- Serve as subject matter expert for Agentic AI products, ensuring features deliver exceptional user experience and support Billbay’s growth and leadership
