Role Overview

The Product Manager – Agriculture & Delivery is responsible for managing and developing the product portfolio within the agriculture and drone delivery segments, covering DJI Agras, DJI FlyCart, and other related solutions. This role acts as the bridge between market needs, customers, and internal teams to ensure that products remain relevant, competitive, and ready for real-world implementation. The position plays a strategic role in building a dedicated Agriculture & Delivery business and strengthening Halo Robotics’ market leadership across Indonesia.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering, Surveying & Mapping, Geography, Geology, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Agricultural Technology, or related fields

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Solution Engineering, or Business Development, managing technology-based product portfolios (hardware, software, and integrated systems), preferably in agriculture technology, plantation, logistics, drone, or robotics sectors

• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans, supported by strong market analysis and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to translate technical product specifications into business language that customers can easily understand

• Experience using AI tools and Google Workspace in daily work

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines

• Willingness to travel across Indonesia when required

• Understanding of precision agriculture, plantation operations, or aerial delivery, hands-on experience with DJI Agras or DJI FlyCart, a remote pilot certification, or familiarity with Indonesian drone regulations is a plus

Job Description

• Manage the product roadmap for the Agriculture & Delivery segment, covering DJI Agras, DJI FlyCart, and other related agriculture and delivery solutions

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and develop a deep understanding of customer needs across the plantation, agriculture, logistics, mining, and government sectors

• Act as the product owner and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Project, After-Sales, and Principal teams to ensure product readiness in the market

• Define positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for each product in the Agriculture & Delivery portfolio

• Develop and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications, presentation materials, solution guides, and technical proposals

• Develop product training materials and deliver product training for internal teams, partners, and customers

• Support the Sales team in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, field trials, technical briefings, and solution design for customers

• Work closely with the Operations team to make sure demos, trials, and customer operations are well prepared

• Collaborate with principals, technology partners, and channel partners in solution development and project implementation

• Monitor product performance in the market, gather customer feedback, and formulate continuous product improvement recommendations

• Prepare product performance reports, product pipeline updates, and regular briefings for management
