Product Manager - AI & Data Security

Leads product development for AI and data security solutions, collaborating with engineering, sales, and customers to define features, translate technical challenges, and drive adoption of emerging technologies in enterprise cybersecurity.

CTERA is looking for an experienced and highly driven Product Manager - AI & Data Security to join our Product team and play a key role in one of our most advanced and central products.

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager with a strong understanding of the evolving AI, data, and cybersecurity landscape, who enjoys working closely with R&D, customers, and cross-functional teams to turn complex needs and technologies into great products.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams throughout the product development process
  • Translate customer needs and complex technical challenges into clear product requirements, use cases, and user flows
  • Drive product features from definition through development, release, and customer adoption
  • Identify and develop opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies within the product
  • Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand their environments, challenges, and workflows
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and other teams across CTERA
  • Stay current on developments and technologies across AI, DSPM, data security, data governance, and related cybersecurity areas
  • Understand competing products and technologies and bring relevant insights into the product
  • Manage multiple priorities and follow through on execution, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise technology - MUST
  • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, including current and emerging technologies and their application in enterprise environments - MUST
  • Proven experience working on complex, technical enterprise products and closely with R&D teams - MUST
  • Experience in DSPM, data security, data governance, identity security, or adjacent cybersecurity domains - strong advantage
  • Strong technical orientation, analytical thinking, and excellent attention to detail
  • Hands-on, proactive, hardworking, and highly accountable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and get things done
