Product Manager — AI Enablement

Product Manager leading AI enablement strategy and roadmap for KODE Labs' smart building platform, collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Security to ship AI/ML-powered features.
KODE Labs is seeking a full-time Product Manager — AI Enablement to lead the development of AI-powered capabilities across our platform.
You will identify valuable customer and business problems that can be addressed through AI, intelligent automation, and data-driven product experiences. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Security, and customer-facing teams to ensure these capabilities are valuable, reliable, secure, and easy to use.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own the product strategy and roadmap for AI enablement capabilities.
Identify workflows where AI can improve decision-making, reduce manual work, or create better customer experiences.
Validate opportunities through customer interviews, prototypes, experiments, and pilots.
Define clear problem statements, desired outcomes, requirements, and success metrics.
Partner with Engineering and Data Science to turn AI capabilities into dependable product experiences.
Define requirements for data access, permissions, user oversight, monitoring, and failure handling.
Evaluate performance across accuracy, task success, latency, cost, adoption, and user trust.
Measure results after launch and continuously improve the product based on evidence and user feedback.
Communicate trade-offs clearly, identify risks early, and escalate concerns involving security, privacy, customer trust, or company reputation.
Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience building software products.
Experience shipping AI/ML-enabled products, intelligent automation, or data-driven workflows.
Strong technical literacy and an understanding of how software and AI-powered products are designed, developed, evaluated, and released.
Working knowledge of large language models, retrieval, prompt design, model evaluation, and AI product limitations.
Strong continuous-discovery skills, including customer interviews, prototyping, testing, and evidence-based decision-making.
Experience defining product metrics, instrumentation, experiments, and measurable outcomes.
Ability to balance customer value, accuracy, performance, cost, security, and risk.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, simple language.
Proven cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Data Science, Design, Product Marketing, Technical Writing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Experience building enterprise AI or machine-learning products.
Experience designing workflows that include user review, approval, and oversight.
Experience with AI evaluation, monitoring, observability, or experimentation tools.
Experience with B2B SaaS and enterprise customers.
Experience with complex integrations or a single application containing multiple product areas.
Exposure to building management, proptech, IoT, or other data-heavy platforms.
