About The Role
As Product Manager, AI Experience, your mission is to make every patient's experience feel personal and intelligent - from proactive insights to conversational chat. You will report directly to the Head of Product Management and partner with our design, engineering, and clinical teams to bring these moments to life across the patient journey.
What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap for AI Experience - spanning AI-generated insights, chat, memory, and personalization
- Define and track engagement success metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, satisfaction)
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to understand where and how patients can benefit from a more intelligent Hone experience
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, clinical and other product teams to weave AI into various parts of the patient journey
- Partner with engineering on prompt design and model behavior to continuously improve how the AI understands and responds to patients
- Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement
About You
- 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience shipping AI-powered consumer features — prompt design, model behavior, or conversational product experiences
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, and operational teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Deep personal interest in health and longevity
Compensation Range
$130,000 - $160,000 based on location and experience
