Product Manager - AI Native

The role

This is a product manager role for someone with strong engineering depth.

You will take ideas from zero to working systems. You will build, iterate, and ship products using modern AI-assisted development environments while maintaining strong product thinking.

You are expected to operate across product and engineering without clear boundaries.

What you’ll do

• Build end-to-end product systems using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and similar environments
  

• Translate product ideas into working implementations with minimal dependency layers
  

• Design scalable architectures for AI-powered products
  

• Work across frontend, backend, and AI layers
  

• Iterate rapidly based on real usage and feedback
  

• Collaborate with PMs and designers while also working independently
  

• Optimize systems for performance, cost, and reliability
  

• Contribute to both technical and product decisions
  

Requirements

Who we’re looking for

• Strong engineering background with full-stack capabilities
  

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in real projects
  

• Strong product sense and understanding of user needs
  

• Ability to ship quickly while maintaining quality where it matters
  

• Experience working with APIs, LLMs, and modern architectures
  

• High ownership and accountability
  

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-first applications
  

• Familiarity with agent frameworks or orchestration systems
  

• Experience shipping production systems end-to-end
  

• Public projects, GitHub work, or side builds
