Company Overview
A design and product agency building AI-powered products and agentic experiences for leading global brands. The company is redefining how design organizations scale in the AI era while maintaining a strong focus on client experience, long-term partnerships, and team sustainability.
The Challenge
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead client projects from strategy through delivery and help build innovative AI-powered products.
This role combines product strategy, execution, and project leadership. The ideal candidate is highly client-facing, comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders, and capable of guiding cross-functional teams while managing scope, timelines, budgets, and business outcomes.
This is best suited to a strategic product leader who has built products for external customers—not someone focused primarily on internal operations or process coordination.
You Will
- Lead client projects end-to-end, from product strategy and discovery through execution and delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Translate user and business needs into clear product opportunities, requirements, and priorities.
- Guide cross-functional teams of researchers, designers, engineers, and other contributors.
- Manage project goals, scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Deliver engaging product presentations to C-level executives.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams on AI-powered features and intelligent systems.
- Develop and support business cases that integrate AI capabilities.
- Define user stories, product requirements, success metrics, and KPIs.
- Advocate for users while balancing client, business, and team needs.
Must-Haves
- Senior-level product management experience leading projects from strategy through delivery.
- Strong product strategy and product execution capabilities.
- Proven experience building and shipping products for external customers.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving outcomes—not only coordinating tasks.
- Strong client-facing experience, including presentations to executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to manage product vision alongside scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery.
- Solid understanding of design and software engineering principles.
- Experience creating product documentation, including requirements, user stories, roadmaps, and KPIs.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Based in Canada.
- Experience building AI-powered products, agentic experiences, or intelligent systems.
- Experience working in a product agency, design studio, consultancy, or client-services environment.
- Experience developing business cases for AI-enabled products.
- Strong knowledge of emerging AI technologies and product innovation.
Soft Skills
- Confident leadership and the ability to own the room with clients.
- Strong product intuition and strategic thinking.
- Empathy for users, clients, and team members.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
- High ownership, autonomy, and accountability.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Curiosity about AI, emerging technologies, and new product experiences.
