  • Evaluate opportunities to improve leasing, resident experience, maintenance, compliance, and other business functions through technology and automation.
  • Lead build-versus-buy assessments, vendor evaluations, and business case development for new solutions.
  • Partner with site teams, regional leaders, and corporate stakeholders to identify operational challenges and define business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
  • Maintain and prioritize a technology product backlog based on value, risk, readiness, and return on investment.
  • Lead and oversee technology implementations from pilot through enterprise rollout.
  • Establish project milestones, budgets, deliverables, and performance expectations with vendors and partners.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, launch readiness, and issue resolution to ensure successful deployments.
  • Develop scalable training, communication, and rollout strategies to support successful adoption.
  • Establish pilot programs, feedback loops, and success metrics to guide deployment decisions.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive user engagement and maximize business impact.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, efficiency, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and ROI.
  • Provide executive leadership with clear, data-driven updates on technology investments, product performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with legal, compliance, and technology stakeholders to ensure appropriate governance, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of multifamily property management experience in site-level, regional, or corporate operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technology implementations and driving stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience managing technology vendors, project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of Entrata or similar property management software platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
  • Experience in product management, product ownership, or technology program management.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar product delivery methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI tools, automation platforms, chatbots, or workflow technologies.
  • Experience evaluating software integrations, enterprise technology governance, and vendor consolidation initiatives.
  • PMP, CSPO, or comparable professional certification.
  • Experience with affordable housing, workforce housing, or regulatory compliance environments.
