Summary
Own the Quote-to-Cash process: generate quotes, structure deals, execute contracts, and ensure obligations flow into billing and revenue systems for a global ecommerce platform.

About the Role
As a Contract Management Contractor at Aspire, you will serve as a subject-matter expert and hands-on contributor within the Quote to Cash domain. This role focuses on the upstream commercial processes—the systems, workflows, and governance that power how we generate quotes, structure deals, create and execute contracts, manage terms and amendments, and ensure contractual obligations flow accurately into downstream billing and revenue systems. You will work at the intersection of Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to ensure that our contract management infrastructure supports deal velocity, compliance, and accurate translation of commercial intent into operational reality.
What You'll Do
Generate quotes, structure deals, and create/execute contracts.
Manage contract terms, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
Ensure contractual obligations flow accurately into downstream billing and revenue systems.
Support deal velocity, compliance, and translation of commercial intent into operational reality.
Manage approval workflows, deal desk governance, and delegation frameworks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
Validate contract, pricing, and order data for troubleshooting and reporting.
Map and document processes to drive efficiency and clarity.
What You'll Need
5+ years in Contract Management, CPQ/CLM, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations within SaaS, tech, or marketplace companies.
Strong knowledge of the full contract lifecycle: quoting, pricing, deal structuring, approvals, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
Hands-on experience with CPQ/CLM tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Zuora CPQ, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or Ironclad.
Experience with complex pricing models: volume-based, tiered, bundled, ramp, custom, and multi-year agreements.
Experience managing approval workflows, deal desk governance, and delegation frameworks.
Understanding of downstream billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition processes.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
Strong analytical, process mapping, and documentation skills.
Experience validating contract, pricing, and order data for troubleshooting and reporting.
Strong stakeholder communication and influence skills.
Understanding of ASC 606 and revenue recognition impacts.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday, NetSuite, or SAP and CPQ/CLM integrations.
Experience in a high-volume marketplace or enterprise sales environment with complex deal structures.
Knowledge of e-signature platforms and their integration with contract workflows.
Experience with contract analytics, obligation tracking, or compliance monitoring.
Background in process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) applied to sales operations or revenue operations.
