Product Manager - Asset Management

We're looking for a Product Manager with solid Financial Services experience to join our team, with a focus on Asset Management initiatives. The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge of product strategy and lifecycle management and will collaborate with stakeholders to shape product vision and achieve measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Work with the onsite proxy product owner to gain understanding of the product vision and roadmap
• Determine and outline product capabilities, features, and functions
• Establish Epics and stories, along with their success criteria
• Develop and clarify stories, business logic, and business outcomes
• Oversee product scope and set priorities for capabilities, Epics, and Stories
• Attend sprint review demos and offer feedback
• Monitor feedback to ensure its integration into the backlog with appropriate prioritization
• Take part in incident triaging
• Act as the main contact for business-related questions and clarifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree in Computer Science is a plus
• 10-15 years of combined experience in the IT field
• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
• Experience in Product Management, covering Product Roadmap, Product Vision, and Product Life Cycle
• Experience in Financial Services, with Asset Management experience considered a significant plus
• Strong business acumen and the ability to represent business and end-customer viewpoints
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
• Strong attention to detail
