Summary
The Associate Product Manager will drive product strategy for Infor OS, focusing on Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Generative AI-powered knowledge solutions. The role involves collaborating with global stakeholders to define requirements, manage release cycles, and support the adoption of AI-enabled document intelligence technologies.
Drive product management for Infor OS with a focus on Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Generative AI-powered knowledge solutions. This role collaborates with global stakeholders to define product vision, drive the development of content-centric and AI-enabled capabilities, and deliver releases that enhance document management, enterprise search, and knowledge discovery. The position will support the adoption of OpenText-based content management solutions, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications, and document intelligence technologies across customers and partners, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-focused outcomes.
- Gather and define product requirements by working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong relationships to drive product adoption across customers, partners, and internal teams
- Collaborate with industry analysts and customers to stay aligned with latest GenAI and RPA trends
- Translate product vision into detailed execution plans and partner with engineering teams for delivery
- Drive product release cycles, ensuring adherence to quality standards and release control processes
- Conduct product enablement sessions, training, and demos for field teams, partners, and customers
- Contribute to business case development and support decision-making with data-driven insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Software Product Implementation, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), or related technology domains.
- Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and Enterprise Content Management platforms, preferably OpenText, including document lifecycle management, content governance, and records management.
- Understanding of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies for document ingestion, classification, extraction, validation, and automation of document-centric workflows.
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Semantic Search, and Data Grounding methodologies.
- Experience supporting or contributing to the design, implementation, or adoption of RAG-based knowledge management and enterprise search solutions leveraging structured and unstructured content repositories.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently on complex initiatives while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, AI/ML, and business teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate business requirements into product features and technical solutions.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, creating user stories, and supporting product implementation activities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for stakeholder meetings, product demonstrations, workshops, and industry conferences.
- Experience with OpenText Content Suite, Documentum, SharePoint, FileNet, or similar ECM platforms.
- Exposure to OCR and IDP platforms such as ABBYY, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Kofax, UiPath Document Understanding, or Google Document AI.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools used for enterprise knowledge solutions, including LangChain, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar vector databases.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with engineering teams on AI-enabled products.
- Understanding of enterprise knowledge management, document governance, content migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
