Product Manager

Own the product end to end while reporting directly to the founder. Lead product strategy through market research, customer insights, competitor analysis, and product specification creation. Manage the product development lifecycle, coordinate development and QA teams, contribute to business strategy, and shape target markets, positioning, and innovation pathways.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research into fintech trends and opportunities
• Build customer insights and define the product value proposition
• Analyze competitors and competitive positioning
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and functionality details
• Interface with development and QA teams
• Manage the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery and quality assurance
• Contribute to business strategy and shape target markets, product positioning, and innovation pathways

Requirements

• MBA, engineering, or equivalent degree from a top-tier university
• At least 1 year of product management experience in fintech, finance, or generative AI
• Strong knowledge of financial services, particularly private equity and private credit
• Exceptional communication skills and commercial acumen
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Willingness to travel globally for customer demos
• Commitment to work from the office
