Summary

Product Manager at Dragon Shield (part of Collectivus Holdings) in Brabrand, Denmark, owning a collectible gaming accessories category end to end: researching market trends and data, building business cases, and coordinating design, sales, and marketing through launch and post-launch tracking.

Product Manager – conquer markets with magic and data

Do you want to join a creative fellowship where your ideas for new products truly take flight? And are you ready to contribute to creating wonders that ignite passion in players around the world?

As Product Manager at Dragon Shield, you will turn data insights into epic products, leading development with strategy, spark, and vision. And you will be part of a passionate team shaping the next wave of collectible gaming accessories.

Collectivus Holdings - a world of dungeons, dragons, and dazzling wizards

Dragon Shield is a brand on the rise, renowned for creating premium accessories that protect and elevate the games and collectibles we cherish. And we are just getting started.

Not long ago, Dragon Shield, Sorted, Merchant Guild, Sales First and Southern Hobby joined forces to become Collectivus Holdings. Our mission is to create a powerhouse in the world of collectibles, trading cards, and hobbies. That means more collaboration, more opportunities to grow, and a bigger stage to bring our brand to life.

Product Development: Where product ideas take flight

At our offices in Brabrand, you will become part of the Product Development team, where you will join 12 dedicated colleagues – including another experienced product manager as well as our designers and quality assurance crew. We are a creative and curious bunch, united by the joy of crafting products that players genuinely care about.

Lead the development quest – where strategy meets execution

In this role, you take ownership of a product category—from spotting opportunities in the market to researching trends, shaping concepts and guiding them through the development journey. You balance data, analysis, creativity, and timing to ensure every launch lands with impact. Expect a role where strategic thinking and day-to-day execution go hand in hand.

Along the way, you collaborate closely with colleagues all around our organisation - from design and marketing to sales and supply chain, turning scattered input into unified direction, when you:

· Gather insights through surveys, data platforms, and good old-fashioned curiosity

· Build business cases and transform feedback into product concepts

· Coordinate development and timelines across design, sales, and marketing

· Present new product pitches to leadership with clarity and conviction

· Track performance post-launch and adjust the roadmap accordingly

We are serious about having fun

Joining us, you will quickly get a feel of who we are. As true collectible and gaming enthusiasts, many of us enjoy playing Magic, table football, and ping pong in our breaks. And yes, the rumours of sword fights at our summer parties are true.

It is important to us that all our employees thrive. That is why you will also get the flexibility to work from home when it fits the team and tasks. We believe in results, not just office hours.

You speak the language of product management – and understand collectors´ passion

You do not need to know your way around a dungeon or own a rare collectible to thrive in this role. But you do need to understand what drives those who do — and be curious enough to step into their world. Also, you have a strategic mindset and the ability to translate insights into action through thorough analysis and market understanding.

We furthermore imagine that you bring:

· Experience with product management and product development processes

· A relevant educational background – perhaps within marketing or business

  • Good management skills and the ability to optimise processes in a collaborative environment

· Confidence in handling data from surveys, platforms, and customer feedback

· Strong communication skills across functions and seniority levels

· Fluency in English and proficiency with relevant digital tools
