Product Manager

Requirements:

• Product Management: Around 3 years of PM experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• 0-to-1 Product Development: Experience building a product or feature from scratch, from identifying the problem to launch.
• AI-native Products: Exposure to AI-powered workflows, LLMs, automation, or AI-driven features.
• Product Documentation: Writing PRDs, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Customer Discovery: Understanding customer pain points, gathering feedback, and converting them into product features.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Data-driven Decisions: Using product metrics, user feedback, and business data to prioritise improvements.
• Execution and Ownership: Managing roadmaps, product launches, testing, and adoption in an ambiguous startup environment.
