Business Intelligence and data governance are now key levers for managing Luxury and Retail organisations. This role is aimed at an experienced BI Product Manager.

đź’ˇ YOUR MISSIONS

As a Product Manager Business Intelligence (M/F), you support our clients in implementing management oversight on business intelligence, data governance, and master data management topics.

  • Select and deploy IT solutions
  • Analyse, formalise, and redesign business processes
  • Facilitate workshops and gather user requirements
  • Draft requirements documents and functional and technical specifications
  • Plan resources (human, financial, technical) for implementation
  • Business analysis support and end-to-end project management (planning, budgets, reporting)
  • Coordinate project teams
  • Support change management (documentation, deliverables, training facilitation)
  • Identify commercial opportunities

Graduate of an engineering school, business school, or university, ideally with an IT / Digital / Information Systems orientation, you have at least 6 years of professional experience and also possess the following skills: A strong interest in data topics: the terms BI, MDM, Data Quality, Metadata, Data Compliance are familiar to you. A natural curiosity, particularly about current and emerging technologies: Big Data, AI, etc. The ability to thrive in an international environment, with strong remote collaboration skills. A client-oriented approach: understanding needs, deliverable quality, identifying business opportunities. Fluent English. If you are autonomous, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong leadership and decision-making skills, you are in the right place! Key competencies: Agile & lean methods: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, design thinking. Complex project management: planning, risk management, multi-stakeholder coordination. Change management: supporting business departments in adopting new practices. Analysis & diagnostics: ability to audit processes, identify friction points, and propose value creation levers. Leadership & communication: simplifying concepts, mobilizing teams, engaging sponsors and business stakeholders.
