Product Manager (Business System)
Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap and continuous improvement of CRM platform, covering customer lifecycle management, sales operations, marketing activities, customer service and internal operation workflows.
Work closely with business teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance and Customer Service) to understand business needs, identify process gaps and translate requirements into scalable product solutions.
Conduct requirement analysis, workflow optimization and system design; prepare product documentation including PRD, user stories, process flows and prototypes.
Collaborate with Engineering, QA and business stakeholders to deliver product features from requirement gathering, development, testing, UAT to production release.
Manage integrations between CRM and external/internal systems, such as trading platforms, payment systems, KYC providers and data platforms, ensuring smooth business processes and data consistency.
Analyze product usage and business metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support product prioritization.
Support system adoption, user training, documentation and post-launch optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst or System Analyst roles.
Experience with CRM systems, customer platforms, workflow systems, fintech, banking, payment, trading or financial services platforms is highly preferred.
Strong ability in requirement gathering, business process analysis and translating business needs into product solutions.
Experience working with engineering teams and managing the full product delivery lifecycle.
Good understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, data flows and enterprise applications.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to use data to support product decisions.
Good communication skills in English. Chinese/Mandarin is a plus due to collaboration with China-based teams.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Axure, Lucidchart or similar product tools is preferred.
