As a Card Product Manager in ShopeePay, you will own the product lifecycle from end to end, turning user needs into innovative features that drive business growth and enhance user experience. This role is perfect for a proactive, data-driven product manager who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment.

  • Innovate and Shape Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap for our card platform, focusing on both user-facing features and critical operational enhancements.
  • Drive End-to-End Execution: Own the full product development cycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch analysis. This involves creating detailed PRD, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Collaborate and Align Stakeholders: Act as the central point of contact, orchestrating seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Finance, and Operations. You will be responsible for building consensus and communicating the product vision effectively.
  • Leverage Data for Decisions: Use a data-driven approach to measure product performance, identify new opportunities, and inform strategic decisions. You will conduct quantitative analysis and a/b testing to continuously optimize our products.
  • Become a Card Payments Expert: Gain and apply deep domain knowledge of the card payments ecosystem, including card networks, issuing processes, and industry trends, to ensure our products are competitive and compliant.

  • Experience: Proven product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing products within fintech or payments. Direct experience with card related products is a significant plus.
  • Technical Acumen: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. You should be technically literate, capable of engaging in technical discussions with engineers and understanding product architecture.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to make data-backed decisions. Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Have a track record of leading cross-functional teams and projects to successful outcomes.
  • Mindset: Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
