Product Manager - Cash Management Services
Job Description:
To design and develop product strategies for the Transaction Banking franchise for all set of clients. Assess current market and analyze new trends in the industry with peer interaction. Analyze current product portfolio and enhance as per the regulatory environment, at the same time improving the existing cash management offering.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Provide product solutions and recommendations aligned with business requirements, internal policies, regulatory guidelines and risk management frameworks for MSME, SME and WSB clients.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance Cash Management Services (CMS) products across payments, collections and transaction banking solutions.
- Drive product strategy and development for paper-based instruments including drafts, cheque printing, and dividend disbursement services.
- Manage digital payment solutions including RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI and collection solutions such as physical and e-NACH mandates.
- Oversee statutory payments, utility bill payments, escrow accounts, TRA accounts and capital market transaction solutions.
- Develop and implement API-based payment solutions, Host-to-Host integrations and SFTP-based transaction banking capabilities.
- Engage with internal stakeholders across Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Credit functions for product enhancements and new product launches.
- Manage service provider and fintech partnerships and evaluate new technology partnerships to strengthen product capabilities.
- Drive reporting, reconciliation, governance and risk management capabilities across transaction banking products.
- Review existing processes and initiate product, process and technology enhancements to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Assess market trends, competitor offerings and emerging transaction banking opportunities and recommend product improvements.
