What You'll Do
As a Product Manager at CITA Lab, you will own products and features from initial requirements through design, development, testing, release, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with clients, engineers, designers, QA, DevOps, Security, and other stakeholders to define what we build, why we build it, and how it should work.
Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through development, launch, and iteration.
  
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  
• Define and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, milestones, and release plans.
  
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, customer needs, technical dependencies, and development capacity.
  
• Work closely with Backend, Frontend, Blockchain, QA, DevOps, Security, and UI/UX teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  
• Lead product requirement discussions and ensure engineering teams clearly understand expected product behavior.
  
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to define user flows, wireframes, dashboards, and overall product experience.
  
• Define workflows for complex financial and blockchain operations such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, trading, wallets, transaction histories, settlements, and blockchain transactions.
  
• Coordinate API and system integration requirements with engineering teams and external service providers.
  
• Identify edge cases, failure scenarios, operational requirements, and dependencies before development begins.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, product reviews, release planning, and retrospectives.
  
• Work closely with QA to define acceptance criteria and ensure released features meet product requirements.
  
• Track development progress, identify blockers, and coordinate dependencies across multiple teams.
  
• Gather feedback from customers, users, and internal stakeholders and convert insights into product improvements.
  
• Conduct market, competitor, and product research within cryptocurrency, FinTech, payments, wallets, exchanges, and Web3.
  
• Maintain clear product documentation and ensure requirements remain aligned across stakeholders.
  
• Support product demonstrations, client discussions, and internal product presentations when required.
  
• Monitor product performance after release and continuously improve functionality, usability, reliability, and user experience.
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or related experience.
  
• Proven experience managing software products from requirements through production release.
  
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Experience working directly with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and other technical teams.
  
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical and functional requirements.
  
• Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, backend/frontend systems, and modern software architecture.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to understand complex workflows and identify edge cases and failure scenarios.
  
• Strong project organization and prioritization skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Comfortable working with distributed and remote engineering teams.
  
• Professional working proficiency in English.
