We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to own the development and growth of AI-powered products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
Role Overview
As a Product Manager at CNTXT AI, you will work at the intersection of technology, customer
needs, business strategy, and user experience. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing the roadmap, working closely with engineering and design teams, and ensuring that products solve meaningful customer problems while supporting the company's commercial objectives.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and can translate complex AI capabilities into clear, valuable, and scalable products.
Key Responsibilities
● Own the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through development, launch, adoption, and iteration.
● Define and maintain the product roadmap based on customer needs, market opportunities, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
● Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, sales, marketing, and commercial teams.
● Translate business and customer requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
● Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, data, and engineering effort.
● Lead product discovery through customer interviews, stakeholder discussions, competitor analysis, and market research.
● Identify customer pain points and translate them into product opportunities.
● Partner with engineering teams throughout the development cycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
● Define product success metrics and monitor adoption, engagement, retention, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance.
● Use product analytics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
● Coordinate product launches with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.
● Develop clear positioning and product narratives together with Product Marketing.
● Support sales and commercial teams with product demonstrations, customer discussions, and solution requirements when needed.
● Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding priorities, timelines, risks, and product decisions.
● Stay informed about developments in AI, generative AI, machine learning, enterprise software, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
● 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within technology, SaaS, AI, enterprise software, or digital products.
● Proven experience managing technology products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
● Strong understanding of product development methodologies and agile delivery.
● Experience working closely with engineering, design, and technical teams.
● Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer and business value.
● Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Experience using data and customer feedback to guide product decisions.
● Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
● Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how products contribute to business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working with AI, machine learning, generative AI, conversational AI, speech technologies, or data products.
● Experience with enterprise or government customers.
● Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
● Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and modern software architecture.
● Experience launching products across GCC or Middle Eastern markets.
● Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
● Technical background or experience working closely with AI/ML engineering teams would be an advantage.
